The object of this suit is for the said plaintiff to enforce its lien for taxes and to sell for the payment of certain delinquent taxes the real estate located in the City of Chesapeake and described as follows:
ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, and described as follows:
PARCEL B as shown on that certain plat entitled "Resubdivision of 'RESERVED PARCEL' Located on the East Side of Collins Boulevard, as shown on Plat Entitled SUBDIVISION OF CHURCHLAND PARK, SECTION 1, Western Branch Borough, Chesapeake, Virginia", dated January 10, 1980, made by Robert T. Addison and Associates, Ltd. and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 68, at Page 88-1.
IT BEING the same property conveyed to TKY, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, by deed of TKY, LLC (formerly known of record as HOME TOWN, LLC), a Virginia limited liability company, dated March 2, 2016 and recorded March 16, 2016 in Deed Book 9621 at Page 1061; the said TKY, LLC, was terminated by the Virginia State Corporation Commission for failure to pay fees on October 31, 2016, and Kong L. Ni was identified as the registered agent and member of TKY, LLC.

An Affidavit having been made naming the parties defendant. Those who have not appeared herein and have a last known post office address are: TKY, LLC, A Virginia limited liability company (terminated), c/o Kong L. Ni, Registered Agent, 5101 Wingfoot Ct, Suffolk, VA 23435; KONG L. NI, Trustee in Liquidation of TKY, LLC, 3621 Western Branch Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321; DAVID WONG, 23 S. River Pointe Drive, Portsmouth, VA 23703, SERINA WONG, 23 S. River Pointe Drive, Portsmouth, VA 23703; TODD J. PRETI, Trustee, Midgett Preti Olansen, 2901 S. Lynnhaven Road, Suite 120, Virginia Beach, VA 23452; C. ARTHUR ROBINSON, II, Trustee, Wolcott Rivers Gates, 200 Bendix Road, Suite 300, Virginia Beach, VA 23452; and those who have not appeared and whose whereabouts, address and location are unknown, despite due diligence used by and on behalf of the plaintiff, its agents and attorneys, to ascertain the county or city in which the said defendants are residing, but without effect, are: PARTIES UNKNOWN OR PARTIES UNDER ANY DISABILITY; and those who have appeared and filed a responsive pleading are: NONE; accordingly, it is,
ORDERED that this be published ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS in INSIDE BUSINESS, and it is further
ORDERED that they do appear here on or before the 3rd day of June 2024, which is not less than twenty-four (24) days after entry of this Order and do what may be necessary to protect their interests.
