The United States of America, if designated as a defendant in this action, may appear within sixty (60) days of service hereof. In case of your failure to appear, or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default for the relief demanded in this Complaint. NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT This is an action to foreclose a Mortgage covering premises known as 55 Mayfair Road, Poughquag, New York 12570, Section 6859 Block 00 Lot 273334 (the "Mortgaged Premises"). The referenced Mortgage is dated May 4, 2007 and executed by Sharon Bush and Dorothy Williams and delivered to Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc. ("MERS") as nominee for Countrywide a Mortgage to secure the sum of $289,000 against the Mortgaged Premises (the "Mortgage"). The Mortgage was duly recorded with the Dutchess County Clerk on June 28, 2007 under Document No.: 01 2007 9084. The Mortgage was assigned From MERS as nominee for Countrywide to Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP pursuant to an Assignment of Mortgage, dated June 8, 2012, and duly recorded with the Dutchess County Clerk on June 29, 2012, under Document No.: 01 2012 2806A; From Bank of America, N.A. to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC pursuant to an Assignment of Mortgage, dated May 14, 2013, and duly recorded with the Dutchess County Clerk on August 29, 2013, under Document No.: 01 2013 2482A; From Nationstar Mortgage LLC to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT pursuant to an Assignment of Mortgage, dated May 17, 2018, and duly recorded with the Dutchess County Clerk on May 21, 2018, under Document No.: 01-2018-50422A; From U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT to Plaintiff pursuant to an Assignment of Mortgage, dated August 22, 2022, and duly recorded with the Dutchess County Clerk on October 26, 2022, under Document No.: 01-2022-51372A.
The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above. Plaintiff designates Dutchess County as the place of trial. Venue is based upon the County in which the mortgage premise is situated. NOTICE YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME
