In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 31, 1990, in the original principal amount of $49,200.00 recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court for Norfolk City, Virginia, in Book 2275 at Page 619 as Instrument No. 10780, re-recorded in Book 2280 at Page 224, re-recorded as Instrument No. 11862. The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for the City of Norfolk, 150 St. Paul's Blvd., Norfolk, Virginia, on July 16, 2024, at 9:00 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF NORFOLK, VIRGINIA, AND KNOWN, NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED AS LOTS 9, 10 AND 11 ON BLOCK 8 ON LAMBERTS POINT COMPANY AND DULY RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE CITY OF CHESAPEAKE (FORMERLY NORFOLK COUNTY) IN MAP BOOK 2, PAGE 72.
