Tarrall, Jr. and Associates, Surveyors and Engineers, which plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Princess Anne County, Virginia, In Map Book 45, at Page 59 and designated and described in said plat as Lot Numbered J, in Block Numbered 12, reference to said plat is hereby made for a more particular description of said lot.
Parcel No. 2 GPIN 1477-16-9508-0000 All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Lot 31, in Block 12, as shown on that Plat of Euclid Place, which plat is duly of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia in Map Book 4, at Pages 62 and 63.
The sale will take place on MAY 22, 2024 AT 10:30 A.M. at the front entrance to the building housing the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia located at 2425 Nimmo Parkway (Court Bldg. 10 entrance), Virginia Beach, VA. The undersigned reserves the right to suspend bidding and/or to adjourn the bidding prior to the completion of sale.
The property and the improvements thereon will be sold "AS IS" and without representation or warranties of any kind. The sale is subject to all liens, encumbrances, conditions, easements and restrictions, if any, superior to the mentioned deed of trust and lawfully affecting the property.
Terms: A deposit in the form of CERTIFIED FUNDS in the amount of $10,000.00 (CASH NOT ACCEPTED) or 10% of the successful bid, whichever is lower, is required of any bidder at the time of sale.
