The object of this suit is for the partition of two certain contiguous parcels of real estate located at 1226 and 1232 Lasalle Ave in the City of Hampton, VA, and described herein, and to quiet title to said real property as follows:
Parcel One: 1226 Lasalle Avenue, Hampton, VA
ALL THOSE two certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, with the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situate and being in Wythe Borough, City of Hampton (formerly Wythe Magisterial District, Elizabeth City County), Virginia, near the City of Hampton, on its western border, and known and designated as Lots Numbered Thirty-one (31) and Thirty-two (32) in Block Number Five (5) on a certain map or plat of the LINCOLN PARK COMPANY, made by Girard Chambers, Civil Engineer, and of record in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of the City of Hampton (formerly County Clerk's Office of Elizabeth City County), Virginia, in Deed Book 36, pages 568 and 569.
Parcel Two: 1232 Lasalle Avenue, Hampton, VA
ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the Borough of Wythe, City of Hampton, Commonwealth of Virginia, known and designated as Lots Numbered Twenty-nine (29) and Thirty (30) in Block Numbered Five (5), as shown on that certain plat entitled "LINCOLN PARK COMPANY", made by Girard Chambers, Civil Engineer, and of record in Deed Book 36, page 568 et seq., in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office for the City of Hampton (formerly County Clerk's Office of Elizabeth City County), Virginia, to which said plat reference is here made.
LESS AND EXCEPT, as to both parcels, that portion of the property conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia by Order recorded in Deed Book 269, page 262, in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office for the City of Hampton, Virginia.
An Affidavit having been made naming the parties defendant.
