The object of this suit is for the said plaintiff to enforce its lien for taxes and to sell for the payment of certain delinquent taxes the real estate located in the City of Chesapeake and described as follows:
ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, situated in the Pleasant Grove Borough of the City of Chesapeake Virginia (formerly the Pleasant Grove Magisterial District of Norfolk County, Virginia), known, numbered, and designated as Lots Nineteen (19), and Twenty (20), Block L, Section One, as shown on the plat of "Hillcrest", Pleasant Grove Magisterial District, Norfolk County, Virginia, made by Ernest Lester Culbreth, Consulting Engineer from survey made by Ball & Hassell, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Chesapeake, Virginia (formerly Norfolk County, Virginia), in Map Book 36, at Pages 1-9, said lots having dimensions as shown on said plat; it being part of the same property conveyed to James M. Reynolds and Barbara C. Reynolds herein by Deed of the Bemac Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina, dated March 15, 1956, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book No. 1207, Page 127.
IT BEING the same property conveyed to Barbara C. Reynolds and Kathryn Mae Reynolds by deed of gift from Barbara C. Reynolds dated December 1, 2003, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office on March 29, 2004, in Deed Book 5330, at Pages 228-230. Additionally, information located suggests that Barbara C. Reynolds passed away on September 13, 2016, and pursuant to the will of her late husband, James M. Reynolds, recorded in Will Book 101, Page 673, she had two children, namely, Kathryn Mae Reynolds and Sharon Kay Achord.

An Affidavit having been made naming the parties defendant. Those who have not appeared herein and have a last known post office address are: BARBARA C. REYNOLDS a/k/a BARBARA CHOWNS REYNOLDS f/k/a BARBARA ANN CHOWNS, 2133 S Military Highway Apt 112, Chesapeake, VA 23320; KATHRYN MAE REYNOLDS, 2133 S Military Highway Apt 112, Chesapeake, VA 23320; SHARON KAY ACHORD, 35579 Devon Dr, Slidell, LA 70460; CHESAPEAKE HOSPITAL AUTHORITY t/a CHESPEAKE GENERAL HOSPITAL, c/o Kaufman & Canoles, Reg Agent, 501 Independence Pkwy, Ste 100, Chesapeake, VA 23320; and those who have not appeared and whose whereabouts, address and location are unknown, despite due diligence used by and on behalf of the plaintiff, its agents and attorneys, to ascertain the county or city in which the said defendants are residing, but without effect, are: PARTIES UNKNOWN OR PARTIES UNDER ANY DISABILITY; and those who have appeared and filed a responsive pleading are: NONE; accordingly, it is,
ORDERED that this be published ONE TIME in INSIDE BUSINESS, and it is further
ORDERED that they do appear here on or before the 24th day of May, 2024, which is not less than twenty-four (24) days after entry of this Order and do what may be necessary to protect their interests.
