Sepulveda Boulevard, #414 Los Angeles, CA 90045 File No: JJ176425, JJ176426 ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is that on or about the 14th day of June, 2018, the Virginia Beach Department of Human Services petitioned the Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court for the termination of the parental rights of Mellisa Maria Ulrey, mother of Jacob Nikolas Jorgensen, born on December 23, 2003; and Gabriella Zoe Jane Jorgensen, born on August 8, 2005; said termination being pursuant to VA CODE sections 16.1-283 (B, C) and 16.1-283 (B, C, E). The consequences of termination of residual parental rights are that a parent or parents forever relinquish all parental rights such as, but not limited to, the rights of visitation, consent to adoption, companionship, association, education, discipline, guidance, the right to determine religious affiliation, all decision making concerning the child's welfare and the responsibility for support.
