TRUSTEE'S SALE OF 413 FLORIDA AVE Portsmouth, VA 23707 Pursuant to the terms of a certain Deed of Trust, in the original principal amount of $216,215.00 , dated April 18, 2011, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Portsmouth, Virginia (the "Clerk's Office"), as Instrument Number 110003993, default having been made in the payment of the note thereby secured, the undersigned Sole Acting Substitute Trustees, pursuant to the request of the holder of the Note thereby secured, will offer for sale at public auction outside of the Portsmouth Circuit Court, located at 1345 Court Street, Portsmouth, VA 23705 on July 24, 2018 at 08:30 AM, the property briefly described as 413 FLORIDA AVE, Portsmouth, VA 23707, and more particularly described in said Deed of Trust as follows: Parcel I That certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia known now and designated as the North Ten (10) Feet of Lot Number Ten Hundred And Twenty-One (1021) on the Plat of the Port Norfolk Land Company, recorded in the Clerk`s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake (Formerly in Norfolk County), Virginia, in Map Book 4, Pages 70 and 71, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East Side of Florida Avenue, distant Two Hundred (200) Feet South from the Southeast intersection of Florida Avenue and Detroit (formerly Third) Street, thence running South, along the East side of Florida Avenue Ten (10) Feet, thence East, parallel with Detroit Street, One Hundred and Forty (140) Feet to the East line of an alley; thence North along the East line of said alley and parallel with Florida Avenue, Ten (10) Feet; and thence West parallel with Detroit Street, One Hundred and Forty (140) feet to the point of beginning.
