TRUSTEE'S SALE 3925 Larkin Street Norfolk, VA 23513 In execution of the Deed of Trust dated May 15, 2007, and recorded as Instrument Number 070019157, of the City of Norfolk land records the undersigned Substitute Trustees, will offer for sale at public auction on July 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the front of the Circuit Court for the City of Norfolk, at 150 St. Paul's Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia, the following property: ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Norfolk, Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as Lot 461, as shown on the plat entitled, "Plat of Estabrook Park, Plat 2, which plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 27, at page 20. Tax No.: 28592000 The property and improvements will be sold in "as is" physical condition without warranty of any kind. TERMS OF SALE: A non-refundable bidder's deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the successful bid payable by cashier's/certified check required at time of sale except for the party secured by the Deed of Trust. Risk of loss on purchaser from date and time of auction. Balance of the purchase price must be paid by cashier's check within 14 days from sale date.
