NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE 3608 Storm Bird Loop, Virginia Beach, VA 23453 Parcel ID No.: 14858555990000 By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust from Cheryl Kelly, dated October 22, 2008, and recorded as Instrument No. 20081030001258760 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia with an original principal balance of $59,600.00, the holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust having appointed as Substitute Trustee KYLE D. KORTE and ANDREW B. GIBBS, by instrument duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, default having occurred under the terms thereof, and at the written request of the party secured thereby, the Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the Circuit Court for the City of Virginia Beach, 2425 Nimmo Parkway, Virginia Beach, VA 23456, on June 19, 2018 at 02:00 PM The improved real property known as 3608 Storm Bird Loop, Virginia Beach, VA 23453, and more fully described as: ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as Lot 128, as shown on that certain plat entitled "Buckner Farms, Phase 2, Section Two, Princess Anne Borough - Virginia Beach, Virginia" which said plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, in Map Book 269, at Page 12 through 19 inclusive. TERMS OF SALE: Cash. A deposit of $30,000.00 or ten percent (10%) of the sale price, whichever is lower, in cash or certified check payable to the Substitute Trustee shall be required of the successful bidder at the time of sale before the bidding will be closed.
