NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CITY OF NORFOLK - ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD JUNE 11, 2018 A public hearing of the Norfolk Architectural Review Board will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2018 in the City Council conference room, 10th Floor, City Hall Building in Norfolk, Virginia 23510 to consider the following request: MONUMENT DEVELOPMENT TEN, LLC, for a Certificate of Appropriateness, in accordance with the provisions of section 2.3.4, "Architectural Review Board Procedure," and section 2.4.10, "Certificate of Appropriateness," of the Norfolk Zoning Ordinance, to consider the request for demolition or partial demolition of a structure located on property fronting 50 feet, more or less, along the northern line of W. 24th Street, beginning 126 feet, more or less, from the western line of Omohundro Avenue and extending westwardly; premises numbered 210-212 W. 24th Street and zoned I-L (Industrial - Light) and HO - N&W (Norfolk & Western Historic Overlay) districts.
