ORDER OF PUBLICATION The reason for this cause is to obtain the whereabouts of Any Unknown Persons and/or Heirs of the Estate of William F. Hailey, having previously had an interest in the real property located at 1115 27th Street, Newport News, Virginia 23607 ("Property"). If no such person is located, the secondary purpose of this cause is to obtain an Order from the Court (1) reforming the DOT, nunc pro tunc, to September 7, 2012, to include the correct legal description, (2) reforming the Assignment, nunc pro tunc, to July 19, 2016, to include the correct legal description, and (3) declaring the DOT to be a fully valid, first priority lien secured by the Property and entitled to first payment among all recorded and unrecorded lienholders Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before July 6, 2018, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication. And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Inside Business, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Newport News, Virginia.
