TRUSTEE'S SALE 1805 South Lakeland Drive Norfolk, VA 23518 In execution of the Deed of Trust dated June 28, 1995 and recorded on June 29, 1995 in Book 2711 at Page 0691 in Instrument # 950009790 of the City of Norfolk land records, Trustee Services of Virginia, LLC, the appointed Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court for the City of Norfolk, at 150 St. Paul's Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia on July 26, 2018 at 10:00 AM the property more particularly described in the aforementioned Deed of Trust, located at the property address listed below and briefly identified as follows: ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, lying, situate and being in the City of Norfolk, Virginia and being known, numbered and designated as Lot B, in Block Six (6), as shown on that certain plat entitled "Resubdivision of all of Blocks 1, 6 and 10 and parts of Blocks 5, 7, 9 and 11, for LAKELAND HOMES", which said plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia in Map Book 38, at page 48. Reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of said lot. TERMS OF SALE: A non-refundable bidder's deposit of $5,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is less, by cashier's or certified check required at time of sale, except for the party secured by the Deed of Trust. Risk of loss is on the purchaser from date and time of auction. Balance of the purchase price must be paid by cashier's check within 14 days from sale date. Except for Virginia Grantor tax, all settlement costs and expenses are purchaser's responsibility. Taxes are pro-rated to the date of sale.
