TRUSTEE'S SALE 1190 Jarrett Road Norfolk, VA 23502 In execution of the Deed of Trust dated June 29, 2001 and recorded on July 6, 2001 in Instrument # 010016294 of the City of Norfolk land records, Trustee Services of Virginia, LLC, the appointed Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court for the City of Norfolk, at 150 St. Paul's Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia on June 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM the property more particularly described in the aforementioned Deed of Trust, located at the property address listed below and briefly identified as follows: ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the City of Norfolk, Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as Lot 7, in Block C, as shown on that certain plat entitled "Admiralty acres, Subdivision of Section One (1)", which said plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, in Map Book 37, at page 16. TERMS OF SALE: A non-refundable bidder's deposit of $4,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is less, by cashier's or certified check required at time of sale, except for the party secured by the Deed of Trust. Risk of loss is on the purchaser from date and time of auction. Balance of the purchase price must be paid by cashier's check within 14 days from sale date.
