TRUSTEE SALE 7622 S Quay Road, Suffolk, VA 23437 City of Suffolk In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $202,500.00, dated October 11, 2006 recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Suffolk, Virginia, in Document No. 20061019000212320, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court of the City of Suffolk, 150 North Main Street, Suffolk, on July 11, 2018 at 1:45 PM the property described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as: All that certain lot or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon, located in Holy Neck Magisterial District, Nansemond County, Virginia, on the North side of Highway 189, fronting 70 feet on said highway and running back between parallel lines 150 feet, and being bounded on the South by said highway, on the West and on the North by the lands of J. Palmer, and on the East by the lands of N. Wiggins, with improvement thereon. Less and except that portion conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia by Deed recorded in Deed Book 332, Page 38. Subject to any and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, and all other matters of record taking priority over the Deed of Trust,if any, affecting the aforesaid property. TERMS OF SALE: CASH: A deposit of $20,000.00 or 10% of the sales price, whichever is lower, cash or certified check will be required at the time of sale, but no more than $10,000.00 of cash will be accepted, with settlement within fifteen (15) days from the date of sale.
