NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE 311 33rd Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 Parcel ID No.: 24189288160000 By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust from Altalayla Properties, L.C., dated March 4, 2002, and recorded in Deed Book 4649, page 1582, and as Instrument No. 20020321010135840 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia with an original principal balance of $176,880.00, as modified by the Modification of Deed of Trust dated October 27, 2004 and recorded April 1, 2005 at Instrument Number 200504010048255 to increase principal amount to $200,000.00, the holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust having appointed as Substitute Trustee KYLE D. KORTE and ANDREW B. A deposit of $30,000.00 or ten percent (10%) of the sale price, whichever is lower, in cash or certified check payable to the Substitute Trustee shall be required of the successful bidder at the time of sale before the bidding will be closed.
