NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE SALE 5156 Glenwood Way, Virginia Beach, VA 23456 By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust dated September 11, 2015, and recorded at Instrument Number 20150928000945280 in the Clerk's Office for the Circuit Court for Virginia Beach City, VA, securing a loan which was originally $166,955.00.
