Invitation For Bids (IFB No. 947/18) Project: Pump Station No. 46 - Brandon Square Upgrade Project Location: City of Portsmouth, Virginia Date: June 27, 2018 The City of Portsmouth will receive sealed Bids for the above titled Project at the office of Department of Purchasing, located at Portsmouth City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, 5th Floor, Portsmouth, VA 23704, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the 5th Floor, Finance Department Conference Room. Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. The Work under this Project consists of the repair of the interior wetwell concrete and lining the wetwell with corrosion resistant coating. The work also includes the replacement of wetwell hatch, ladder, wetwell exhaust fan, other appurtenances and miscellaneous related work. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., Local Time at the City of Portsmouth Public Utilities Operations Center conference room, located at 430 Meander Road, Portsmouth, VA. Bid documents may be obtained via compact disc at the offices of the City of Portsmouth Department of Purchasing, located at 801 Crawford Street (5th Floor), Portsmouth, VA 23704.
