TO ALL PERSONS INSURED BY GUARANTEE INSURANCE COMPANY AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES Guarantee Insurance Company was determined to be insolvent and ordered liquidated by the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida by Consent Order dated November 27, 2017. Under Virginia law (Chapter 16 of Title 38.2 of the Code of Virginia) The Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association (the "Association") is required to pay certain claims asserted against Guarantee Insurance Company. The Association's obligations with respect to the claims against Guarantee Insurance Company are unlimited in the case of covered claims arising under worker's compensation laws and are limited to $300,000 for all other covered claims. In the case of unearned premiums, the Association is obligated to pay only the amount in excess of $50. Any person with a claim (including unearned premium claims) under a policy issued by Guarantee Insurance Company should notify the Association if his claim arose before the earliest of (1) the policy expiration date, (2) the date the insured replaced or canceled the policy, or (3) February 26, 2018.
